Terms of service – Cloud smart grid

1. Use of Smart grid

By using the service, you agree to the following terms:

• You are solely responsible for your use of the service.
• The service relies on the Daikin ONECTA Cloud API, and I am not responsible for any service interruptions due to API changes or availability issues.

2. Payment terms

As a subscribing user, you agree to pay all fees for Smart grid as outlined at the time of subscription. Payment processing is managed by Stripe.

2.1 Responsibility of Payment processor

Stripe is responsible for processing payments and managing payment-related data.

4. Limitation of liability

I, Erik Eng, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Smart grid.

5. Governing law

These Terms of service shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.

6. Changes to these terms

Any updates to these Terms of service will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
