• Heat pump energy usage, temperatures and configuration
• Email address
• Name

Payment details provided, including credit card information, billing addresses, and transaction records, are collected and processed securely by the payment processor Stripe.

3. Data storage

Personal information is stored securely using AWS and InfluxData. Information is only accessed for the purpose of providing Smart grid. No information is shared with any third party.

3.1 Data retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide Smart grid or as required by law.
